HITIQ Appoints Adrianne Sarkozy as National Campaign and Partnerships Manager

Senior sport, media and stakeholder engagement leader joins HITIQ to support national awareness, partnerships and commercial momentum for PROTEQT.

HITIQ Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Adrianne Sarkozy as National Campaign and Partnerships Manager, commencing 1 June.

Sarkozy brings extensive experience across Australian sport, media, partnerships, government relations, major events and stakeholder engagement. She most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of the Sport Australia Hall of Fame, where she worked across some of the most significant sporting, media and commercial networks in Australia.

In her role with HITIQ, Sarkozy will support national awareness, partnership development and stakeholder engagement for PROTEQT, HITIQ’s smart mouthguard technology focused on head impact visibility, brain health and concussion management support.

HITIQ Executive Chairman Earl Eddings said Sarkozy’s appointment strengthens the Company’s commercial capability as it continues to scale awareness and adoption of PROTEQT.

“Adrianne brings an exceptional mix of sport, media, government, stakeholder and commercial partnership experience to HITIQ,” Mr Eddings said.

“As we continue building awareness and adoption of PROTEQT across grassroots sport, schools, leagues, retail and elite sporting environments, her network and experience will be highly valuable.

“This appointment reflects our focus on building the right team around a validated technology platform with significant commercial opportunity in Australia and globally.”

The appointment strengthens HITIQ’s commercial and partnership capability as the Company continues to build market awareness and adoption across grassroots sport, schools, leagues, retail channels and elite sporting environments.

PROTEQT monitors head impacts and provides athletes, parents, clubs and support staff with objective information to support better decision-making around player welfare. The technology is designed to help bring greater visibility to head impact exposure across sport, from community and school participation through to elite competition.

Sarkozy said the opportunity to work on a product with genuine purpose was a key driver in joining HITIQ.

“Brain health and concussion management are among the most important issues facing sport,” Sarkozy said.

“I’ve spent my career working with athletes, families, clubs, codes, sponsors, venues, media and government, and PROTEQT sits at the intersection of player welfare, technology and trust.

“It provides the opportunity to build awareness, credibility and commercial momentum, and to connect PROTEQT to the conversations and partnerships that matter.”

While leading the Sport Australia Hall of Fame, Sarkozy worked at the highest levels of Australian sport, including the Olympics, Paralympics, AFL, cricket, media, major events and national sporting networks. She oversaw major national events, television partnerships, sponsor relationships, government engagement and high-level stakeholder initiatives involving some of Australia’s most respected sporting figures.

She also supported the Sport Australia Hall of Fame Scholarship & Mentoring Program, working with emerging athletes, mentors, elite sporting networks and program partners to help develop the next generation of Australian sporting talent.

Her broader network spans sport, media, corporate partnerships, venue relationships, the AFL landscape, the Melbourne Cricket Club and the Melbourne Racing Club Foundation.

For HITIQ, the appointment represents another step in building the commercial infrastructure required to support the national rollout of PROTEQT and the Company’s broader brain health technology platform.

As awareness of concussion and head impact management continues to grow across global sport, HITIQ is focused on positioning PROTEQT as a trusted technology solution for athletes, parents, clubs, schools and sporting organisations seeking greater visibility, confidence and accountability around player welfare.
