HITIQ Market Update: From Validation to Commercial Deployment Across Sport, Defence and High-Risk Environments

HITIQ Limited is pleased to provide a market update outlining the Company’s continued transition from technology validation into multi-pathway commercial deployment across sport, defence, insurance, research and high-risk operating environments.

The update reinforces HITIQ’s position as a biosensor and intelligence platform company, commercialising through sport while building broader institutional pathways from the same validated intra-oral sensing core.

HITIQ’s core capability is centred on objective head-impact measurement. The Company’s intra-oral biosensor technology captures key impact metrics including peak linear acceleration, peak rotational acceleration and peak rotational velocity, enabling head-impact exposure to be measured, reviewed and documented with greater consistency than observation or self-reporting alone.

The Company believes this capability is increasingly relevant across environments where head-impact exposure remains difficult to measure, including grassroots and elite sport, schools, defence, insurance and other high-risk settings.

The market update highlights several key areas of progress:

HITIQ has advanced its commercial deployment through direct-to-consumer channels, retail pathways and strategic sporting relationships, including Rebel Sport, hitiq.com, Chemist Warehouse marketplace activity, Hockey Australia and a range of community football league partnerships.

The Company has also continued to build market awareness through trusted athletes, media exposure and education-led content, including ambassadors across AFL, AFLW, NRL and hockey, supported by media coverage across ABC, Channel 7 and SEN.

In parallel, HITIQ is extending its platform through Cortex for Teams and Synapse for Schools, creating software and workflow layers designed to help organisations review impact events, monitor cumulative exposure, support return-to-play oversight and improve duty-of-care documentation.

Research and validation remain central to the Company’s strategy. HITIQ’s technology has been independently validated at laboratory and live field level, with further research pathways underway including projects involving Monash University, SAHMRI and the University of Adelaide.

The update also outlines the Company’s broader institutional opportunity. HITIQ sees defence and other high-risk operational environments as logical extensions of its validated biosensor capability, where objective exposure data can support post-activity review, return-to-duty decision-making, longitudinal force health records and audit-ready duty-of-care infrastructure.

HITIQ Executive Chairman Earl Eddings said the update reflects the Company’s progression from product validation into broader market execution.

HITIQ has built a validated biosensor capability with applications well beyond a single product or market. Our focus is now on disciplined commercial execution in sport, while continuing to advance institutional pathways across defence, insurance, research and high-risk environments.

The need for objective head-impact data is becoming clearer. Organisations are increasingly being asked to demonstrate how they manage duty of care, player welfare and exposure risk. HITIQ is positioned to help provide that objective measurement layer.

The Company also notes the growing relevance of insurance and governance-led adoption. As head-impact monitoring becomes increasingly measurable, HITIQ believes objective data will play a greater role in how organisations manage safety, compliance and risk.
